Saturdays are a time for grocery shopping and leftovers. This recipe is great if you have leftover meat and/or rice.
Ingredients:
2 eggs, scrambled
2 cups rice, cooked and cold
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, cubed
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 packet Fried Rice seasoning
Preparations:
- Over medium heat in oil, cook onions until soft.
- Add ham and rice. Mix with onions.
- Add soy sauce and packet seasoning.
- Add eggs. Cook until mixture is thoroughly warm and mixed.
- Add more Soy sauce if needed!
- Salt to taste.
