Ingredients:
- 1 lb of skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 14.5 ounce jar of Alfredo sauce
- 3 cups cooked Rotini pasta
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Add oil and garlic to medium sized skillet. Turn on medium heat. Add chicken.
- Cook chicken until no longer pink.
- In a separate pot, cook Alfredo sauce and broccoli. Add pasta and mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour cooked pasta into 13x9 inch pan.
- Layer cooked chicken on to pasta. Cover with cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
