Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup rolled oats
- Mix flour, baking soda and oats.
- Separately, combine egg whites, vanilla, sugars, margarine and peanut butter. Beat well.
- Combine both sets of ingredients. Mix well.
- Take a rounded teaspoon worth of dough and roll into a ball. Bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes or until edges are golden.
Makes 36 servings.
