Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup of packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup dark chocolate morsels
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- Combine butter, eggs, sugars and vanilla. Beat well.
- Separately, mix flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add to egg mixture.
- Slowly mix in rolled oats, morsels and cranberries.
- Drop dough into small balls onto cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
