Ingredients:
- 2 and 1/4 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup of butter, softened (it's best to leave it out for a couple of hours so it can become room temperature)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 bag of dark chocolate chips
- Combine eggs, sugars, vanilla and butter. Beat well.
- Separately, mix flour, baking soda and salt.
- Mix both sets of ingredients together. Blend well.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Drop batter (around a tablespoon for each cookie) on to non-greased sheet.
- Bake at 375 for approximately 10 minutes (or more depending on how big you make them!)
