Ingredients:
- 1 19.8 ounce brownie mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups boiling water
- Lightly grease 4 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- In medium bowl stir together brownie mix, melted butter, eggs, and the 1/4 cup water until batter is nearly smooth.
- Spread batter evenly in slow cooker.
- Combine sugar and cocoa. Gradually stir in boiling water. Pour over batter.
- Cover and cook on high heat setting for two hours. (Don't turn to low or or center will not cook all the way through)
- Turn off slow cooker. Cool, uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes.
