Acorn squash is a very popular dish around our house. Ken likes to grow it every year and it's quite yummy.
Recipe:
1 acorn squash split in half and the insides scooped out
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
Melt brown sugar and butter together. Pour evenly into both sides of squash. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
Let cool and serve.
