Ingredients:
2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons shortening
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
cupcake liners
Preparations:
- Melt chocolate chips and shortening over low heat.
- Fill bottom and patial edges of cupcake liners with the melted chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes until hard.
- Melt butter and add graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, powdered sugar and mix well.
- Take 1/2 tablespoon of graham cracker mixture and layer over chocolate in cupcake liners.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Top each liner with remaining melted chocolate mixture.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

These were really good. They are twice the size of regular peanut butter cups which is a plus.
The chocolate tasted a lot like dark chocolate. It was really good!
