Low Calorie Apple Spice Bread

Here's a yummy recipe for some apples that need to be used or they'll have to be tossed!

Ingredients:

3/4 cup shredded peeled apple
1/4 cup of oil
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon shredded orange peel

Preparations:

  1. Combine apples, oil and egg whites.
  2. Separately, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon and orange peel.
  3. Mix both sets of ingredients.
Bake at 375 for approximately 50 minutes. Calories: Less than 200 per slice
