Ingredients:
2 cans or 24 ounces of Root Beer
2lbs of pork (I used to really thick pork chops)
1 bottle of Barbeque sauce
2 pieces of cooked bacon crumbled
4 Sandwich rolls
Preparations:
- Pour root beer into crock pot. Add pork and cook on high until it falls apart. For me this was approximately four hours.
- Take the pork and shred it. I did this by using my Kitchen Aid with the bread attachment tool. It shredded the pork fabulously without me having to do any real work.
- Add the bottle of barbeque sauce and crumbled bacon to the pork. Mix well.
- Lightly toasted your sandwich roll open faced. Top with pork and serve.
Servings: 4

This sounds awesome. You just used pork chops for it?
