Slow Cooker Cashew Chicken

Here's a great recipe that you can give to your husband and say "It's your night to cook."


6 chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups cashews
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced celery
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in Crock pot slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours or until done.
