1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
6 flour tortillas (10 inch)
4 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 can (10 oz.) Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
- Over medium heat, melt Velveeta and diced tomatoes. Stir well.
- Add chicken and onions.
- In large nonstick pan, place one tortilla and 1/2 cup chicken mixture. Fold tortilla in half.
- Cook on medium heat for one minute on each side or until golden brown. (Be careful. I've been known to burn more than one tortilla.)
- Repeat process with remaining tortillas.
