1 1/2 cup of flour
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of butter, softened
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine butter, egg, vanilla and sugar. Beat well.
- Separately, mix flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
- Mix both sets of ingredients.
- Refrigerator dough for an hour.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon on a plate. Roll dough in balls and dip in sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 375 for approximately 12 minutes.
