Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
- 2 lamb shoulder chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black and red pepper blend
- In small bowl, mix butter, marmalade and marjoram; set aside.
- Season meat with salt, paprika and pepper blend. Cook over medium heat until they're done.
- Baste with butter/marmalade mixture and serve.
