Ingredients:
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup mashed very ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease or line loaf pan.
- Combine Bisquick, oats, sugar, milk, bananas, and eggs. Beat well.
- Add blueberries. Pour mixture into pan.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until knife comes out clean. (I had to bake for 65 minutes.)

I took this bread to KC's daycare and the gals there just loved it. I actually forgot to put in the oats but they seemed to think the texture was good without it.
