Ingredients:
- 1 package (18 1/4 ounces) white cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 cup warm water
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 4 teaspoons poppy seeds
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes.
- Fold in poppy seeds.
- Pour into two greased 9 x 5 in loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing and placing on wire rack.
