Ingredients:
1 Brownie Mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
1/4 cup of water
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
Frosting:
1 1lb container of vanilla frosting
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons of soy milk
Preparations:
- Mix brownie mix with 2 eggs, oil and water.
- Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Mix brown sugar, crunch peanut butter and egg.
- Take brown sugar/peanut butter/egg mixture and drop spoonfuls into brownie batter.
- Use knife to cut peanut butter mixture into batter.
- Bake brownies according to temperature and time listed on the box.
- Let brownies cool for 30 minutes.
- Mix frosting, peanut butter and soy milk. Frost brownies.
