Betty Crocker's Peanut Butter Brownies

Need an easy dessert for the kid's bake sale? Or just want a treat because you survived another week of work? Here's an easy recipe from Betty Crocker's website that is quite yummy.

Ingredients:

1 Brownie Mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
1/4 cup of water

1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 egg

Frosting:
1 1lb container of vanilla frosting
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons of soy milk

Preparations:
  1. Mix brownie mix with 2 eggs, oil and water.

  2. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan.

  3. Mix brown sugar, crunch peanut butter and egg.

  4. Take brown sugar/peanut butter/egg mixture and drop spoonfuls into brownie batter.

  5. Use knife to cut peanut butter mixture into batter.

  6. Bake brownies according to temperature and time listed on the box.

  7. Let brownies cool for 30 minutes.

  8. Mix frosting, peanut butter and soy milk. Frost brownies.
