Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2/3 cup granulated white sugar
- 2/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups chocolate chunks
- Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs.
- Separately, combine salt, flour and baking soda.
- Mix both sets of ingredients.
- Bake cookies at 375 for approximately 12 minutes.
