Better Homes and Garden Brownie Pudding Cake

This dessert is easy and very, very good. I topped it with whipped cream and it was great!



Ingredients:
  • 1 19.8 ounce brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 cups boiling water
Preparations:
  1. Lightly grease 4 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In medium bowl stir together brownie mix, melted butter, eggs, and the 1/4 cup water until batter is nearly smooth. 
  3. Spread batter evenly in slow cooker. 
  4. Combine sugar and cocoa. Gradually stir in boiling water. Pour over batter. 
  5. Cover and cook on high heat setting for two hours. (Don't turn to low or or center will not cook all the way through)
  6. Turn off slow cooker. Cool, uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes.
