Easy Short Ribs

My husband came back from Hawaii with a "hankering" for short ribs. This is the easiest recipe for meat that I've ever made. If you don't want to make the sauce below then you can simply buy Kalbi marinade at the store and soak the meat in it overnight.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 5 pounds beef short ribs
Preparations:
  1.  Combine sugar, soy sauce, oil, garlic and green onions. Soak meat in this marinade over night in the refrigerator.
  2. Lay beef on lined cookie sheet or lined metal cooking rack and broil meat until it's sizzling or looks done on both sides. Brush meat with sauce in between flipping.
