Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 5 pounds beef short ribs
- Combine sugar, soy sauce, oil, garlic and green onions. Soak meat in this marinade over night in the refrigerator.
- Lay beef on lined cookie sheet or lined metal cooking rack and broil meat until it's sizzling or looks done on both sides. Brush meat with sauce in between flipping.
