1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's tomato soup
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes
1/2 cup water
2 cans (15 ounces each) red kidney beans
1/4 cup chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
Preparations:
- Cook beef until browned. Pour off fat.
- Mix beef, onion, garlic, soup, tomatoes, water, beans, chili powder and cumin in crock pot slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours or until done.
