Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup rolled oats
Preparations:
- Combine butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg whites and vanilla.
- Separately, mix oats, baking soda and flour.
- Combine both sets of ingredients. Mix well.
- Drop dough onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375.
