Low Calorie Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Cookies

These tasty little treats are only 69 calories a cookie if you're trying to watch what you eat.


1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup rolled oats

  1. Combine butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg whites and vanilla.
  2. Separately, mix oats, baking soda and flour.
  3. Combine both sets of ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Drop dough onto greased cookie sheet. 
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375.
