Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
Preparations:
- Mix water, vinegar and vegetable oil. Then add sugar.
- Add vanilla.
- Separately, combine flour, baking soda, salt, flour and cocoa. Mix well.
- Combine both sets of ingredients. Blend well, scraping the sides of the bowl.
- Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan.
- Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
- Frost if you like or eat plain. It's good either way!!!

Chris, Not bad...nice and moist but your right about the sweetness. I was thinking chocolaty sweet when I tasted it but its pretty mild. Nice for when your not really in the mood for overly sweet or rich.
