Easy No bake chocolate peanut butter pie

We all know I detest pie but that isn't stopping me from finding one that's easy to bake and tastes good. I think this recipe may be the ONE (this was much easier to find than the right guy :). This recipe comes from and the creator noted two things - 1) if you use pudding that isn't sugar-free then your pie will be grainy (it was still tasty!) and 2) you can rinse the plastic cover that comes with a pre-made pie crust, flip it over and use it to cover the pie while it refrigerates. What a freaking awesome idea!

  • 1 (14 ounce) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 (1 ounce) package jell-o sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix (4 serving size)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Topping, thawed
  • 1 (9 inch) Oreo cookie pie crust (I used a graham cracker crust and it was still good)
  1. Mix condensed milk, peanut butter and pudding together.
  2. Fold in cool whip and pour into pie shell. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
